Our latest customer satisfaction survey was carried out by an independent specialist firm and showed that 92% agreed (with 70% strongly agreeing) that they would recommend Alan Boswell Group to others as their broker. This maintains a consistent record of 90%+ recommendation level achieved in the Group’s customer surveys of claimants since they began in 2005.
