Quality Confirmed
Following their annual audit, Moody International has confirmed that Alan Boswell Group has successfully retained its ISO9000 accreditation. Chris Gibbs, commercial director commented, This proves that we are and always have been serious about delivering a high quality service to our clients. They let us know that they appreciate this through our regular customer satisfaction surveys which is the most important measure, however, it is also satisfying for everyone in the organisation to know that our processes and procedures stand up to the test of stringent international standards.
