Lesley McKee looks to build new business for Norfolk’s leading independent insurance broker and independent financial adviser.Lesley McKee has joined
Alan Boswell Insurance Brokers as a
business insurance Account Executive. She will be based in the
Norwich head office, in Thorpe Road, and will be responsible for developing new business based within the construction industry.
Lesley McKee has over twenty years experience in
insurance, most recently with Morgan Law in Ipswich. Whilst she’s delighted to be joining one of East Anglia’s fastest-growing
insurance brokers, she’s also pleased to give up the two-hour commute from her home in
Norwich to her old offices south of the border!
As an expert in
contractors insurance, and the building industry, Lesley McKee brings a new string to the ‘Boswell bow’. “
Construction insurance is a very specialist area, with exceptional features and, of course, unusual risks,” she says. “Alan Boswell Insurance Brokers has a dynamic profile in the region’s commercial world: it’s great to have the opportunity to be a part of, and make a contribution to, such a successful team.”
She will be no stranger to businesses in Norfolk: although previously based in Suffolk, most of her
business insurance clients were in North Suffolk and Norfolk. And while her familiar stomping ground may be the ‘hard hat’ areas of the region, Lesley McKee is also familiar with more sophisticated surroundings – for example, she has talked to the Norwich Career Women’s Club on her experience working with a
Lloyd's broker.

Lesley McKee is a
Norwich girl, educated at the Blyth School, and confesses to being a fitness fanatic, working out in the gym three or four times a week and taking part in ‘Salsa’ aerobics classes. She has two sons.
