buy to let investors have access to the best possible advice, information and suppliers. The forthcoming London Landlords’ Day offers just that opportunity as it brings together a host of
buy to let experts and the leading suppliers of all the latest landlords’ products and services.

The free event which is supported by the London Landlord Partnership and the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme takes place on Thursday 6 September 2007 at London Olympia’s vast conference centre.
Landlords insurance experts from leading
insurance broker Alan Boswell Group will be delighted to meet new and old clients on their stand.
Alan Boswell Group already insures thousands of
buy-to-let properties in and around the London area – predominantly via special schemes for members of
landlords associations such as the National Federation of Residential Landlords. Staff from the broker’s
specialist landlord insurance department will be on hand to advise the capital’s property investors on all manner of insurance issues and provide free landlords insurance quotations.
Insurance Advice
Past events have shown that many visitors to these shows are simply unsure about the best way to arrange the right insurance cover for their
buy to let portfolio. Other hot topics are likely to be the new fire regulations that came in last year and arranging
insurance for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) or those rented to student tenants.
The 2007 London Landlords Day will be the eighth such event and the organisers, Accession UK, are confident it will be the most successful yet with 2,500 visitors expected to attend. London Landlords’ Day is a comprehensive landlord exhibition, providing access to over 70 industry suppliers, advisors, government bodies and associations.
Landlords Seminars
During the event, landlords will also have chance to attend a variety of free seminars, featuring industry experts speaking on diverse landlord topics; ranging from energy efficiency, deposit protection,
inheritance tax planning and tenancy management to new legislation and more.
London Landlords Day is open to landlords, prospective landlords and associated professionals to attend on 6 September 2007, between 12.30p.m and 8.00p.m.
