Your insurance will cover you for either Basic or Special therapies. The level of cover you have selected is shown on your personal certificate of insurance. Please note that all Basic therapies are automatically included under the Special category.

This insurance covers you for all therapies in your category provided you can produce on demand a relevant professional qualification certificate.

In broad terms, Basic therapies include most standard treatments whereas Special therapies involve some degree of invasive or heat or laser treatment. You can check the categories by clicking the dropdown list below.

If you would like to request a category for a therapy which is not already listed, please complete the Therapy Request form.

Note: In cases involving manic depressives, the client should seek his/her GP’s approval prior to commencing treatment.

Exclusions
Therapies involving: animals (except Kinesiology for cats and dogs), Fertility or anything of a sexual nature including sexual counselling. Use of Products from animals or that are harmful to the environment.
