My business insurance is a bind. Can you help?

Yes, it is our objective to act in partnership with you as your insurance department so that all issues regarding any aspect of your business insurance can be resolved promptly to your satisfaction. We will be on hand at any time to help and will even offer training to your key staff on administration and claim management if required.

Question:

Can you get good deals for me?

Answer:

Obviously you would expect us to say "Yes" but the reason for this lies with our understanding of how various risks fit together. We understand which Underwriters are best suited for your insurance requirements, and we are confident of always finding the best deals available.

Question:

What is different about your business insurance service?

Answer:

We are of the strong opinion that service has to be a key factor in a business partnership. We want to become a first port of call in respect of any issue no matter how small. In order to achieve this we work on the principle that if you, the client, can't see a benefit to the service then it's no benefit at all. All too often we find that insurance brokers think they are meeting all the needs of the client, but fail to ask if this is the case or not.

Is there a benefit of having my Business Insurance and Health & Safety advisors under one roof?

Answer:

Certainly. If we understand your Health & Safety risks and exactly what processes are being undertaken, we can more accurately paint a proper picture to Underwriters. This adds enormously to our ability to secure excellent deals on your behalf.

ISO and IIP - Are you approved?

Answer:

In order to maintain our high levels of professionalism the Alan Boswell Group are proud to be part of the Investor In People accreditation (held since 2002) and ISO 9001:2008 (held since 1997) for quality management systems.

Question:

How do you manage your compliance and are you authorised and regulated?

Answer:

The Group welcomes and is committed to our Authorisation and Regulation by the Financial Services Authority. We strongly believe it is important to have internal systems in place to ensure we maintain high levels of competency. Our Group Compliance Officer is responsible for internal checks of all "client facing" staff which involves randomly selecting cases each month and auditing against set of guidelines to ensure clients have been treated fairly. Continuing Professional Development & Training are also key factors, with all staff having individual competence plans which are reviewed regularly.

Do you have any specialist insurances?

Answer:
