In order to achieve this we work on the principle that if you, the client, can't see a benefit to the service then it's no benefit at all. How do you manage your compliance and are you authorised and regulated?

The Group welcomes and is committed to our Authorisation and Regulation by the Financial Services Authority. We strongly believe it is important to have internal systems in place to ensure we maintain high levels of competency. Our Group Compliance Officer is responsible for internal checks of all "client facing" staff which involves randomly selecting cases each month and auditing against set of guidelines to ensure clients have been treated fairly. Continuing Professional Development & Training are also key factors, with all staff having individual competence plans which are reviewed regularly.
