Why do I need this cover?
Today's "compensation culture" with no-win, no-fee contracts for lawyers has meant that individuals do not hesitate to pursue a claim if they feel there may have been some form of negligence. Sadly, this looks like becoming as much of a problem for the teaching profession as it is has in other areas of UK society.
