Heidi joined the Group in 2003, having completed the Financial Planning Certificate whilst working at Norwich Union. An opportunity arose to concentrate in mortgages and she quickly developed a real enthusiasm for this specialist business.

Since joining the mortgage team, Heidi has provided independent advice on all aspects of mortgage finance.

In April 2004 she passed the Mortgage Advice Qualification and has also obtained additional advanced qualifications including The Certificate in commercial mortgages & the Certificate in Regulated Equity Release to enable her to advise on Lifetime Mortgages and Home Reversion Schemes for the over 55s.

Heidi's partner is Luke and in her spare time she enjoys the Theatre, Food & Drink, Singing and Walking their Dog, a Smooth Fox Terrier called Lucky.
