Lancashire-born John began his working life with NatWest in Manchester and later moved to Equity & Law.
In 1989 he was invited to head-up the financial planning division of UK-wide solicitors Eversheds and remained with them for 13 years until that business was acquired by the Alan Boswell Group. John has been instrumental in forging strong links between the Financial Services division and the accountancy and legal professions, and in 2006 was appointed its Managing Director.
John is married with 3 children and his interests include cricket, golf, the cinema and family life.
