After graduating from Canterbury Christ Church University, Neil joined Norwich Union working in the Annuity and Adviser Sales departments. After gaining the financial planning certificate Neil joined the Alan Boswell Financial Services Team in 2006, where he now works as a Trainee Adviser and Senior Paraplanner.

Neil has completed the diploma in financial planning and is currently working towards the advanced diploma.

Neil is married with one child and enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
