Fees and charges may be made for the provision of our services. These are never excessive or unjustified.
Complaints
The purpose of everything we do is to ensure you are happy with our service and get the right advice, products and value for money. However, we accept that we cannot satisfy all of our clients all of the time and if you are dissatisfied then we ask you please to bring it to our attention.
We have formal complaints procedures that explain how to make a complaint, what happens next and what avenues are open to you should remain dissatisfied once we have considered the matter and proposed any action.

Financial Services Compensation Scheme
Clients will be protected by this scheme which provides for the funding of losses that come about as a result of the firm's inability to meet its liabilities.
We are a financially robust company with Professional Indemnity Insurance well in excess of the minimum requirements of the Financial Services Authority. Consequently, we think this is highly unlikely to occur but if it did you can be secure in the knowledge that the scheme would compensate legitimate claimants. For example most types of investment business are covered for:
- 100% of the first £30,000 and
- 90% of the next £20,000
This would make the maximum compensation £48,000.
