Add Rent Guarantee to your Landlord Legal Expenses policy for only £25
Our
Landlord Legal Expenses policy will cover the legal costs of pursuing a tenant for
unpaid rent.
However, we are able to extend this policy to provide you with “rent guarantee”.
In the event of a tenant defaulting on their payments, this extension will actually
pay you the monthly rent whilst your solicitors are obtaining payment from the tenant.
This means you will not be out of pocket during this difficult process*.
Main features include:-
- Max cover £25,000
- Up to 12 months cover
- 1st months excluded from date of first default
- Tenant Reference to be in place
- No cover for Commercial or unoccupied properties
Tenant referencing must cover:-
- A credit check showing no County Court Judgements;
- Copies of two forms of identification, one of which must contain a photograph;
- Proof of ability to pay the rent.
* Rent Guarantee is an extension to Landlord Legal Expenses and cannot be purchased on its own.
