About this Landlords Association:
Calderdale Landlords Association has been in operation almost 5 years. Our Association is run on a voluntary basis and therefore we are always grateful for any support, ideas which members can offer.
We meet on the second Wednesday of the month at Bar 11 Harrison Road, Halifax around 7.00pm. Our aims are to promote and represent landlords both locally and national. We invite a cross section of speakers to our meetings; solicitors, tax specialists, estate agents plus we have regular dialog with the Local Authority and Rent Service.
About the Landlords Insurance Scheme:
The insurance scheme is well established providing for all members very competitive premiums combined with bespoke cover and first class administration. It is underwritten by Norwich Union Insurance with whom all members should feel comfortable. Participation in the scheme benefits the association financially, helping to keep subscription costs low, by utilising its bulk buying power.
