About this Landlords Association:
The Cornwall Residential Landlords' Association was formed to promote and protect the interests of residential landlords in Cornwall. Members of the association enjoy the shared knowledge and experience of a group of professional landlords with property throughout Cornwall.
The association regularly liaises with the Cornish District Councils, the Police and other relevant organisations in the area.
At meetings are held every two months to exchange views, members can update their knowledge and keep informed of developments, discuss ideas and concerns, and learn from guest speakers.
Past guest speakers at these meetings have included local MP's, the Rent Officer, Housing Benefit Managers, Community Health Team Officers, Fire and Police Officers, Trading Standards and Environmental Health Ofifcers and many charitable organisations related to housing.
About the Landlords Insurance Scheme:
The insurance scheme is well established providing for all members very competitive premiums combined with bespoke cover and first class administration. It is underwritten by Norwich Union Insurance with whom all members should feel comfortable. Participation in the scheme benefits the association financially, helping to keep subscription costs low, by utilising its bulk buying power.
