About this Landlords Association:
The Darlington & District Private Landlords Association are a not for profit organisation whose members are all private landlords who own residential rental property within the borough of Darlington.
Founded in 1993 we aim to represent, support and inform both professional and part-time landlords.
The Darlington Landlords Association aims to
- Protect and promote the interests of our member Landlords.
- Raise the standard of private rented properties.
- Ensure that landlord’s views are heard and considered when new legislation is discussed.
The association meets monthly to discuss all aspects of the landlord’s business, we exchange ideas, share problems and provide expert advice
About the Landlords Insurance Scheme:
The insurance scheme is well established providing for all members very competitive premiums combined with bespoke cover and first class administration. It is underwritten by Norwich Union Insurance with whom all members should feel comfortable. Participation in the scheme benefits the association financially, helping to keep subscription costs low, by utilising its bulk buying power.
