About this Landlords Association:
The association is made up of private landlords who rent out living accommodation. Membership varies from those who maybe just rent out one or two rooms to those with many properties.
Some of our members deal with flats, some with bedsits or house shares and others with bed and breakfast. We hold regular meetings and arrange for speakers on a wide range of related topics.
One of the most valuable benefits of membership is the ability to discuss problems or share experience with other members in similar situations. The association is completely independent of any authority and is run by landlords and agents.
The association is a member of the National Federation of Residential Landlords which gives us a strong voice nationally and some very competitive insurance rates.
About the Landlords Insurance Scheme:
The insurance scheme is well established providing for all members very competitive premiums combined with bespoke cover and first class administration. It is underwritten by NIG Corporation Limited Insurance with whom all members should feel comfortable. Participation in the scheme benefits the association financially, helping to keep subscription costs low, by utilising its bulk buying power.
