About this Landlords Association:
The Greater Tyne Landlords' Association (GTLA) exists to protect and promote the interests of landlords operating in the private rented sector throughout the North East of England. With its Head Office in Newcastle, the GTLA continues to effectively lobby Central Government and through its network carries weight with Local Authorities.
The GTLA provides a range of benefits and services to members including a telephone advice line, regular newsletters, Trade Discounts and more.
About the Landlords Insurance Scheme:
The insurance scheme is well established providing for all members very competitive premiums combined with bespoke cover and first class administration. It is underwritten by Norwich Union Insurance with whom all members should feel comfortable. Participation in the scheme benefits the association financially, helping to keep subscription costs low, by utilising its bulk buying power.
