About this Landlords Association:
The National Landlords North East resulted from the merger of a number of Landlords Associations covering areas of the Inner West of Newcastle, including Arthurs Hill, Elswick, Cruddas Park, Fenham, Wingrove and Benwell.
About the Landlords Insurance Scheme:
The insurance scheme is well established providing for all members very competitive premiums combined with bespoke cover and first class administration. It is underwritten by Norwich Union Insurance with whom all members should feel comfortable. Participation in the scheme benefits the association financially, helping to keep subscription costs low, by utilising its bulk buying power.
