About this Landlords Association:
Members of AML can attend our free regular meetings and information sessions where they will receive information on local and national matters and free support materials We also provide members with a national magazine 9 times a year, plus access to a range of discounted goods and services. The association has its own code of practice which lends credibility to the membership. We make representations on behalf of our members to local and national government.
Members have access to a questions and answers section on our web site and can advertise on the site site at no charge.
About the Landlords Insurance Scheme:
The scheme is well established providing cheaper landlords insurance premiums combined with bespoke cover and first class administration. It is underwritten by Norwich Union Insurance with whom all members should feel comfortable. Participation in the scheme also benefits the association financially, helping to keep subscription costs low.
