About this Landlords Association:
The North Staffordshire Landlords Association, (NSLA), was formed in 2000, and has sought to assist Landlords in the North Staffordshire Region of England, with an array of problems. The Association currently represents over one hundred landlords who in turn rent out over 1,000 properties.
The NSLA, is one of around fifty landlords associations throughout the United Kingdom and is associated with the National Federation of Residential Landlords, (NFRL).
About the Landlords Insurance Scheme:
The insurance scheme is well established providing for all members very competitive premiums combined with bespoke cover and first class administration. It is underwritten by Norwich Union Insurance with whom all members should feel comfortable. Participation in the scheme benefits the association financially, helping to keep subscription costs low, by utilising its bulk buying power.
