About this Landlords Association:
The PDPLA is a private association dedicated to promoting and supporting local landlords.
We welcome landlords with large portfolios or single properties.
Benefits include: membership of the National Federation of Residential Landlords as well as the insurance scheme.
At our monthly meetings we have guest speakers covering topics such as finance, environmental health issues and housing benefits and these events are also an ideal opportunity to meet fellow landlords.
About the Landlords Insurance Scheme:
The insurance scheme is well established providing for all members very competitive premiums combined with bespoke cover and first class administration. It is underwritten by Norwich Union Insurance with whom all members should feel comfortable. Participation in the scheme benefits the association financially, helping to keep subscription costs low, by utilising its bulk buying power.
