About this Landlords Association:
Sheffield and District Landlord Association (SADLA) is a newly formed, non-profit making organisation of private landlords providing a united front to represent their interests.
SADLA are affiliated to the National Federation of Residential Landlords (NFRL).This is the only nationally recognised body of residential landlords which is consulted by the Government, Judiciary and Media
Our membership covers all types of landlord no matter how large or small their portfolio.
About the Landlords Insurance Scheme:
The insurance scheme is well established providing for all members very competitive premiums combined with bespoke cover and first class administration. It is underwritten by NIG Corporation Limited with whom all members should feel comfortable. Participation in the scheme benefits the association financially, helping to keep subscription costs low, by utilising its bulk buying power.
