About this Landlords Association:
In 1995 a group of local private landlords along with officers from the Councils Private Sector Housing Department began to meet with the aim of sharing information and tackling the problems faced by private landlords. It was felt that the majority of the problems experienced, were common among private and that by addressing them as a group, solutions could be achieved. The group decided to form The Wrekin Landlords' Association.
Membership is open to all landlords with properties within the boundary of the Borough of Telford & Wrekin providing they meet the requirement of the Code of Practice.
About the Landlords Insurance Scheme:
The insurance scheme is well established providing for all members very competitive premiums combined with bespoke cover and first class administration. It is underwritten by Norwich Union Insurance with whom all members should feel comfortable. Participation in the scheme benefits the association financially, helping to keep subscription costs low, by utilising its bulk buying power.
