Our quality management system has met the standards of ISO9001:2008 continuously since 1999 and in 2002 we achieved the Investor In People (IIP) award which recognises the value we place on ensuring our people are properly trained and competent for their job. Our IIP accreditation was confirmed following reassessment in 2005 and 2008.

We are members of the British Insurance Brokers Association (BIBA) and founder members of the Institute of Insurance Brokers (IIB).

Complaints

We do try hard to maintain the highest possible standards and welcome your feedback as it can often help us to improve the quality of our service. However, in the event that our service fails to meet your expectations, we have a formal complaints procedure.

Financial Services Compensation Scheme

Clients are protected by this scheme which provides for the funding of losses that come about as a result of the firm's inability to meet its liabilities.

We are a financially robust company with Professional Indemnity Insurance well in excess of the minimum requirements of the Financial Services Authority. Consequently, we think this is highly unlikely to occur but if it did you may be able to secure compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
