Standard Policy Cover:
- Buildings Cover on an "All Risks" basis (includes contents of communal areas, floor coverings, curtains, blinds, and domestic white goods belonging to the landlord)
- Loss of Rent following damage to the insured premises.
- Alternative Accommodation to pay for the costs of accommodating your tenants elsewhere following damage to the insured premises.
- Property Owner’s Liability with a £5 Million indemnity limit.
- Employer’s Liability with a £10 Million indemnity limit.
