Buy to Let Mortgages

  • Buy to let Mortgages became easier to obtain, with maximum loans of 75%-85% of property values readily available.
  • Falling yields of equities and bonds made rental yields appear relatively more attractive.
  • Strong capital performance since the late 1990's had added to the appeal of Buy To Let
