Landlords Insurance Discounts on Offer at Birmingham Show

Landlords insurance and buy-to-let insurance expert Alan Boswell Group is offering a special deal to visitors at this week's landlords show at Birmingham NEC

Landlords registering at the Alan Boswell stand will be handed a discount voucher entitling them to 12 months of landlords insurance cover for the price of 11.

The show takes place on Thursday 6th December 2007 from 12.30pm - 7.30pm and admission is free.

Big Hit with Landlords

Robert Graver, director of Alan Boswell's landlords insurance division explained why the firm was involved: "Having attended previous shows of this type I know they have proved a big hit with buy-to-let landlords. Landlords insurance experts from my team will be on hand to answer any questions on property insurance and provide free quotations."

And Steve Cox, Business Account Manager at Alan Boswell Group agrees that the shows offer property investors a great opportunity to gather valuable information: "With market conditions becoming more challenging for buy to let investors, it's important to get the best possible advice."

Expert Advice

The Birmingham show is organised by Accession whose MD, Oliver Romain, is upbeat about the prospects: "Our last show held at London Olympia in September was a huge success, attracting over 3,000 visitors. We are confident that Birmingham will prove to be just as popular... Over 1,250 visitors have already pre-registered to attend so it's clear that landlords throughout the UK are proactive and keen to receive expert advice and great deals from serious service providers."

The event promises to be the Midlands' most comprehensive landlord exhibition, providing access to over fifty industry suppliers, advisors, government bodies and associations.

In addition to choosing from a host of supplier stands, visitors will also have the chance to attend a variety of free seminars, featuring industry experts speaking on diverse landlord topics; from investment protection, inheritance tax planning, mortgage advice, social housing opportunities for private landlords, to new industry legislation and more.
