IFA Mansbrook Brosche (Hellesdon) acquired by Alan Boswell Group

Leading Norwich-based independent financial adviser Alan Boswell & Company has announced further expansion through the purchase of local IFA, Mansbrook Brosche (Hellesdon) Limited.
As part of the deal, all Mansbrook Brosche staff will transfer to Alan Boswell & Company - the financial advice division of the Alan Boswell Group.
Formed in 1982, Mansbrook Brosche (Hellesdon) Ltd provided a wide range of independent financial advice. Whilst building a reputation for providing a friendly, local service, the company also looked after private and corporate clients based throughout the UK.
The acquisition brings significant new business and underlines the Alan Boswell Group's position as East Anglia's leading independent financial services provider. John Wake, former managing director of Mansbrook Brosche (Hellesdon), joins the Group as senior consultant and will be advising clients on all aspects of financial planning.
Knowledge and expertise
John has almost 40 years experience as an independent financial adviser. Group Chairman, Alan Boswell is understandably delighted to welcome him to the Group. "This business is all about knowledge and expertise - John has a first class financial brain and he'll be an enormous asset to us." he says.
Prior to joining Mansbrook Brosche, John Wake was at Norwich Union for fourteen years as an IFA consultant and an inspector. Now 56, he enjoys sailing, rugby and golf.
