Insurance broker's bold claim: "Happy has never been away!"

Norwich insurance broker Alan Boswell Group says it's latest customer satisfaction survey shows that for its customers, happiness has never been away.
The survey was carried out by an independent specialist firm during the second week of December 2008 and the sample encompassed recent claimants for household insurance, landlords insurance and private car insurance.
92% of those surveyed agreed (with 70% strongly agreeing) that they would recommend Alan Boswell Group to others as their insurance broker. This maintains a consistent record of 90%+ recommendation level achieved in the Group's customer surveys of claimants since they began in 2005.
Value and Service
Chris Gibbs, Group Operations Director commented: "The fact that this result has been achieved based exclusively on a survey of clients who have made a claim on their insurance policy speaks volumes for the value and service delivered by our people."
