Given our location, agriculture insurance has been a fundamental requirement of many of our customers since our formation in 1982. It meant we, very quickly, had to become agriculture insurance experts. Maintaining a delegated scheme with Aviva for many years we have developed an in-house underwriting team and improved and refined the product features and services to ensure we remain the natural choice for friendly, expert advice.

As well as the key features outlined below, we are delighted to include Environmental Impairment Liability as standard.
Key elements of the cover are:
£1m limit of indemnity
Cover for clean up, bodily injury or property damage arising from pollution
Cover for fly tipping
Cover for losses originating from above ground storage tanks (subject to criteria)

On or around the 1st of each month you will be invoiced with the previous month’s sales. Credit terms will be 60 days from the date of the invoice.
Commission will be the same as you currently receive from Aviva.
We will discuss this at quotation stage, we have enhanced survey limits over open market and you will benefit from these.
We will be responsible for completing MID.
You will continue to utilise your current claims contacts for agriculture.
MTAs for new business after 1st January 2019 will be completed by us. We will also be responsible for MTAs on existing business once we have renewed the policy, and changes prior to this will be dealt with through the current Aviva processes.
Under no circumstances will we contact your clients unless directed to do so by you.
