Purchase criteria
To purchase a policy and therefore be able to claim the following criteria applies;
- Proof of ID (2 forms of ID one official photographic) or right to rent pass.
- Applicant meets affordability of 2.5x gross monthly rent (or 3x for a guarantor)
- Credit check completed with no settled or outstanding CCJs,IVAs or bankruptcies in the last 3 years
In addition to this we have additional compliance requirements
- You must be managing the property (minimum requirement is rent collection)
- You are the policyholder of this policy and the insurance cannot be sold on directly to the landlord and must form part of your service
