Alan Boswell Group (ABG) is looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join the team at our head office in Norwich.
About the role
As an account handler, you will work closely with the account executives to assist in negotiating with insurers and provide a first-class service to our clients. You will be expected to administer a portfolio of client insurance programmes, in a professional and friendly manner. You will handle queries, mid-term adjustments, quotations and document issuing among other tasks, dealing with both existing and new business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience within the insurance industry.
What we’re looking for
The successful candidate will need to have strong communication and administrative skills. Customer service skills are paramount, as is the ability to multi-task with a methodical and accurate approach. Good knowledge and an understanding of all classes of commercial insurance is required and you will have experience of working within a similar environment.
