Alan Boswell Group (ABG) is looking for a Claims Handler to join our team at the head office in Norwich.
About the role
Our claims department deliver first-class service in a friendly and professional manner as part of a fast-paced and varied team. As a claims handler you will be the first point of call for clients who need to make an insurance claim. You will have case ownership to deal with each claim from beginning to end and will strive to exceed our customers’ expectations throughout.

What we’re looking for
This role would suit a self-motivated individual with claims handling experience, preferably commercial but this is not essential. The successful candidate will have worked within a similar environment with the proven ability to work well under pressure. We expect the candidate to take a proactive approach to managing each claim and assist to resolve any issues in a timely manner while providing the best customer service to the client.
