General Terms and Conditions

• Eligible customers are British Airways Executive Club (BAEC) Members who live within the United Kingdom. Avios can be collected on new and renewed Household, Landlord (buy to let) and Business insurance policies with Alan Boswell Group Ltd. (ABG), or new (only) Private Medical and Breakdown Cover insurance policies with Alan Boswell Group Ltd.
• Customers living outside the UK can qualify for this offer subject to risk insured being located within the UK.
• This offer is applicable to customers taking out a Qualifying Policy via www.AlanBoswell.com/Avios (A Qualifying Policy is a new household, landlord, business insurance policy, breakdown cover or private medical insurance policy).
• In order to validate this offer, the customer must provide their British Airways Executive Club membership number. Customers can join the BAEC by visiting ba.com/join
• Customers will receive the unique Avios voucher code to the registered email address.
• Upon receipt of the Avios voucher code customers must visit aviosvouchers.com to redeem the Avios voucher with BAEC.
• Once redeemed, the Avios will be awarded to the BAEC account within 5 working days.

• Avios will be awarded per qualifying policy based on policy spend. Please refer to the Collection Table for minimum policy spend and total Avios awarded. Only one award per Qualifying Policy per household permitted.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other new customer promotion or offer from ABG.
• Offer is only available on 12 month policies.
• Offer is only available on Household, Landlord (Buy to let) and Business Insurance policies.
• Duplicate cover must not be in force elsewhere.
• Policies paid for on a monthly basis must have a minimum of two instalments collected before an Avios voucher code is issued.
• Customers who pay for their policy in full will receive an Avios voucher code within a maximum of 30 days of the effective date of their policy.
• Any default in the first two months will result in the Avios voucher code being withheld at Alan Boswell Group’s discretion.
• For policies cancelled mid-year, ABG reserve the right to deduct their commission in any refund.
• Avios are issued and redeemed in accordance with British Airways Executive Club Terms and Conditions which can be found at ba.com/theclubterms
• Reward Flight bookings are subject to availability. Taxes, fees and carrier charges apply.
• Exceptions to these rules are at the discretion of ABG.
• ABG and BAEC have the right to withdraw this promotion at any time

Household Insurance conditions

• Offer only applies to buildings and/or contents policies.

Landlord (Buy to let) Insurance conditions

• Only applicable to first policy.
• Offer only applies to policies for buildings and/or contents.
• Not available on additional products – Rent guarantee, Home emergency, Key care, Legal expenses, excess protect.
• Not applicable for additional properties added to an existing policy.
• Total Avios awards based on annual premium – see collection table.
• Only one Avios voucher code will be awarded per account in respect of Landlord (Buy to Let) insurance, additional awards at discretion of ABG.

Business Insurance conditions

• Offer only applicable for the owner/director of insured business.
• Only one Avios voucher code will be awarded per account in respect of Business insurance, additional awards at discretion of Alan Boswell Group.
• All business insurance policies are included with the exception of standalone commercial legal products and motor insurance products with premiums under £1000.
• Total Avios awards based on annual premium – see collection table.

Private Medical Insurance conditions

• Offer available for individual policies and group policies. Where policy is in a company name offer only available for owner/director of insured business
• Total Avios awards based on annual premium – see collection table.
• Only one Avios voucher code will be awarded per account in respect of Private Medical Insurance, additional awards at discretion of Alan Boswell Group.

Breakdown Cover conditions

• Offer only available to either an existing Alan Boswell Group client, or when purchased in conjunction with another product.
• Only one Avios voucher code will be awarded per account in respect of Breakdown cover, additional awards at discretion of Alan Boswell Group.
• Set award of 1,000 Avios regardless of cost of policy.
