We are celebrating the recruitment of our 200th employee.
Alan Boswell Group now employs a record 200 specialist staff within its seven offices throughout East Anglia and London – an increase of 50 staff since 2008.
“It’s been a gradual rise,” said HR Manager, Gillian Anderson Brown. “I’ve been here four years and when I started in 2008 there were 150 staff. In the last four years we’ve grown by a third. This is due to an increase in clients across the Group, particularly private clients in our Financial Planning division. We have also entered new niche markets such as insurance for Self-Drive Hire and demand for existing products such as Private Medical Insurance has increased. Brand new positions in new business development, marketing and underwriting have also further strengthened the business and workforce.”
Alan Boswell Group is committed to staff development and advertise vacancies internally so that existing employees have the chance to progress. We also run an apprenticeship programme and have just taken on another five apprentices for the year ahead, bringing the company total to 12.
