Administration Manager - Financial Services
Lisa joined the insurance industry in 2004, initially working for Aviva, before joining the Alan Boswell Group as an Administrator and PA to the Financial Services Managing Director.
With a keen desire to progress into a management role, Lisa worked her way up to Team Leader, Assistant Manager and is now Manager of the Financial Planning Support Team, which is made up of 23 administrators and paraplanners.
Lisa holds the Certificate in Financial Planning, a certificate in Business Management with Leadership Practice (Open University) and is currently working towards a BA (Hons) Leadership and Management with the UEA and Norwich City College. Upon completion of her degree, Lisa will go through an end-point assessment to become a Chartered Manager.
Lisa is married with three children and enjoys days out with the children, reading and photography in her spare time.
