ARP member’s professional indemnity and liability insurance in detail

Cover

Limits of indemnity are £100,000 up to £5m each and every claim, costs, and expenses in addition. Cover included for awards under The Property Ombudsman Scheme. Higher limits can be arranged.

Excess

Usually a minimum of £500 but often higher as it depends on the type of work undertaken and size of the business.
Excess does not apply to costs and expenses.

Liability cover

We can include public and employers liability cover within the policy or arrange separate cover if it is more appropriate.

Premium payment

Instalment facilities are available over 12 months normally at no additional charge.
