Eversheds Sutherland partners fleet insurance provides fully comprehensive cover for partners and current consultants vehicles and those of their spouse, partner, common-law spouse or civil partner. We can also provide optional Call Assist breakdown cover if required.

Eversheds Sutherland partners fleet insurance in detail

Eversheds Sutherland partners fleet insurance provides a comprehensive range of cover with added optional extras, including:

Comprehensive

Cover for repair or replacement of your vehicle in the event of a fault accident.

Policy excess of £500

This amount reduces to £350 if using the insurers approved repairer (some high-rated vehicles may have an increased excess imposed).

Windscreen replacement excess is £250.

Full business use

For Eversheds Sutherland business, but also for the occupation of your spouse, common-law, or civil partner.

Any driver aged 17 and over

Some high-rated vehicles may be restricted to any driver aged 25 - 30, or named drivers only.

Annual premiums

High-rated vehicles – £1377.90

Low-rated vehicles – £1092.00

(inclusive of insurance premium tax at 12%)

Optional cover

Full breakdown cover with Call Assist, including European cover, at £55 per vehicle.

Policy wording

Cover and acceptance criteria

Open to all partners and current consultants of Eversheds Sutherland LLP and their spouse, common-law spouse, or civil partner.

All vehicles must be owned and registered by either the partner or consultant, or their spouse, common-law spouse or civil partner.

Vehicles can be added any time during the year.

More than six points, and any disqualification must be referred to Alan Boswell Group.
