About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support for our Healthcare Advisers and their clients

  • Manage new and existing PMI business administration.

  • Provide personal Assistance to our advisers, ensuring seamless operations

  • Understand and adhere to company compliance requirements

Main Duties:

  • Process new business as directed by the advisers.

  • Prepare files for client appointments, ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards.

  • Engage with clients and insurance companies professionally

  • Administration including appointment scheduling and diary management

Skills Required:

  • Office administration experience

  • Computer proficiency

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Exemplary customer service skills

  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively

Office-based with flexibility

Training period

During your training period, we expect you to work in the office to gain hands-on experience and connect with your team. After this, we can adapt to both business and personal needs.

Standard working hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Optional additional hours

  • Outside standard hours: Optional and voluntary with premium pay rates

  • Saturdays: Optional and voluntary with premium pay rates
