Position: Personal Lines and High Net Worth Specialist
Location: Norwich (Office-based with flexibility)
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits
Role Type: Full-time, Permanent
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Engagement: Handle enquiries from customers with professionalism and expertise.
- Client Relationship Building: Maintain and nurture client relationships, providing personalized advice and solutions.
- Sales Opportunities: Maximize every sales opportunity, ensuring clients receive the best insurance for their needs.
- Quotations and Renewals: Obtain quotations for new and existing customers and assist with renewals and adjustments.

- Experience: Previous experience in an insurance environment is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manners and great communication skills.

Office-Based with Flexibility

Training Period
During your training period, we expect you to work in the office to gain hands-on experience and connect with your team. After this, we can adapt to both business and personal needs.
Standard Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Optional Additional Hours
- Outside Standard Hours: Optional and voluntary with premium pay rates
- Saturdays: Optional and voluntary with premium pay rates
