This role is less about selling to clients and more about working with our sales executive teams to grow smarter.
This role blends traditional sales responsibilities with project-based analysis to identify, develop and implement unmet needs in the market.
What you'll do:
Identify customers over a broad spectrum across the Group to identify gaps in cover.
Develop and implement projects to initiate new offerings, keeping initiatives on track and align sales with long term growth.
Understand evolving client needs.
Analyse data to spot recurring issues that could be addressed with alternative products.
Create suitable packages (e.g. property + cyber + liability) tailored to specific indistries.
Relationship building and supporting sales executives to spot cross-sell triggers.
We expect the individual to know the insurance market, understand our clients, and deliver results.
We want someone who sees the bigger picture and knows how to act on it.
