If all methods of resolution have failed and you need to make a claim please fill in the form with as much detail as possible.
To provide a faster and more efficient service we have an agreement with the insurer that enables us to deal with claims on their behalf. When we do this, we are acting as agent of the insurer. Your best interests are always paramount in everything we do and should we ever feel there is a significant conflict of interest we will ask the insurer to deal with the claim directly. You also have the right to ask for the insurer to deal with the claim directly at any point.
