Our landlord insurance is a Which? best buy and if you have an existing policy we will you can also take advantage of our price beater guarantee.

  • Price guarantee only applies where existing cover is held. i.e you will have an existing policy elsewhere

  • New customers only

  • Residential properties only

  • Claim free for three years

  • Not previously flooded or suffered from subsidence

  • Not in an area identified by insurers as likely to flood

  • Standard construction

  • AST (PRT in Scotland) directly between landlord and tenant

  • Tenants are referenced

  • Cover is on a like for like basis (copy of current schedule may be required)

  • The offer can be withdrawn at any time and without notice

  • The guarantee is for the first year only
