We're thrilled to have been awarded Feefo's top award of ‘Platinum Trusted Service’ for 2025 - the eighth year in a row we've received this accolade.

To achieve Platinum status, businesses must maintain a rating of 4.5 or higher for at least three years, demonstrating a sustained commitment to customer service.

In 2025, we received 1,327 reviews and achieved:

  • Customer service score of 4.9/5

  • Product score of 4.8/5

Since 2015, we have received over 12,000 reviews. Customer reviews are important as they build trust, provide honest feedback on our products and service which we can use to improve, and help potential customers to make informed decisions.
