Caroline Pyle joins S-Tech as Associate Director

We’re pleased to announce the arrival of Caroline Pyle, our new Associate Director for S-Tech. Living in Newmarket, she’ll work in our Cambridge office.

Building on strong foundations

The first time I went to my own client meeting, I knew straight away this was something I was interested in. I liked meeting new people, seeing how different businesses operated, who did what and how it all worked.

Caroline has been in the industry for 15 years, starting out as an Account Handler at The Beckett Group in 2003. Initially unsure about whether insurance was right for her, she soon discovered there were parts of the job that she loved.

A few years after joining, she became an Account Executive – a role in which she could thrive. Caroline continued to look after her clients even when The Beckett Group was acquired by Towergate. Her loyalty and hard work was rewarded when she was promoted to Client Servicing Director in 2016.

The next chapter

From the very first meeting, I got a feeling that reminded me of the way I felt back when I was first starting out as an Account Exec. It was all about the clients - look after them. I talk to people for a living, and I really buy into them, into their business. I believe in that.

Caroline had been approached by other companies before, and she arrived at her first meeting with Alan Boswell Group with a real certainty that the meeting would end much like all the rest.

This time, however, it was different. Caroline decided to take the role and joined S-Tech mid-September. She explains that the deal-breaker was our culture, and our commitment to keeping our clients at the heart of everything we do. As of 2023, S-Tech has been rebranded to Alan Boswell Group.
