Courtney Jones
Team Leader
Courtney joined Alan Boswell Group in 2025, having previously worked for Priory Insurance Brokers before the company joined the Group in 2024. Courtney started her career in insurance as an Apprentice at Priory Insurance Brokers in 2018 and progressed to Office Manager in 2022. Currently, Courtney is a Team Leader at our Norwich office and covers all aspects of personal lines insurance, specialising in home and lifestyle.
Courtney holds the Cert CII qualification and a Level 3 Business and Admin Qualification and is also a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys going to the gym, travelling, and coastal dog walks.
