Darcy has been working in HR since finishing a Psychology Degree in 2022. She has worked in HR across a few sectors – Engineering, Private and State Education, and now Insurance and Financial Services.
Darcy became a member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (the professional body for HR) after completing a Level 5 CIPD Accreditation in 2024. She is looking forward to studying a Level 7 CIPD Accreditation in the near future.
