Human Resources Director

HR Director Gillian Anderson Brown has been with Alan Boswell Group since 2008. Prior to joining the company, she held similar roles at several local organisations, including the BBC.

As a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development, Gillian has broad experience with all areas of human resources, but has a particular interest in employment law.

She is married with four children and two dogs, all of which keep her very busy. She enjoys spending time at the North Norfolk coast and is a keen walker, cycler and skier (although she doesn’t do much of that in Norfolk!).
