Students Insurance – Make a claim

To provide a faster and more efficient service we have an agreement with the insurer that enables us to deal with claims on their behalf. When we do this we are acting as an agent of the insurer. Your best interests are always paramount in everything we do and should we ever feel there is a significant conflict of interest we will ask the insurer to deal with the claim directly. You can also choose for the insurer to deal with the claim directly at any point.

I have not withheld any information from the insurers within my knowledge connected to this claim.

I agree to provide the insurers with any further information/documentation as may be reasonably required.

I understand that if any claim is in any respect fraudulent including inflation or exaggeration of the claim, then any benefit due under the policy shall be forfeited, your Policy declared void, and criminal proceedings may ensue.

I consent to the seeking and obtaining of information from other insurers/ the Police to check the answers I/we have provided.
