To provide a faster and more efficient service we have an agreement with the insurer that enables us to deal with claims on their behalf. When we do this we are acting as an agent of the insurer. Your best interests are always paramount in everything we do and should we ever feel there is a significant conflict of interest we will ask the insurer to deal with the claim directly. You can also choose for the insurer to deal with the claim directly at any point.
