By taking advantage of the Offer, you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions. ABIB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude anyone taking advantage of the Offer who does not comply with any of these terms and conditions.
To take advantage of the Offer, you must normally meet the following criteria:
your home must not have previously suffered from flood, subsidence, landslip or heave.
your home must not have a thatched roof, although we will still aim to provide you with a quotation.
you must been claim free for the past 3 years on your current home insurance policy.
This offer only applies to new policies taken out with immediate effect and does not apply to renewal or mid-term transfers. (i.e. we cannot backdate the discount to any existing policies you might have with us).
This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
